All Sales Are Final — No Cancellations

All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed. Custom PCs include a 1-year Groovy Computers warranty, followed by applicable manufacturer warranties ranging from 3 to 10 years on individual components. Please review our Terms of Service for complete warranty details and exclusions.

Parts Sold Separately
Parts sold individually are covered directly by the original manufacturer’s warranty after purchase. Groovy Computers may assist with the warranty process when possible, but warranty approval remains subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Processing times vary by payment method, but most orders are processed within 2 business days. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.

Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and will be applied toward the agreed purchase.
