Account Registration
In order to shop online with Groovy Computers, you must first register an account. Signing up for a Groovy Computers Online account is very easy. Simply visit our create user account page and fill in the necessary information. Double-check your information before registering. Once you create the account, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Stock Availability
Our online stock reflects our local inventory. If you placed an order for an item that is not in stock at our warehouse, please expect a delay until we can either bring in new stock or have stock transferred in from another location. Items that are out of stock entirely (not available at any of our retail locations), will need to be ordered from our supplier(s). Due to stock variances, limited quantity available and unforeseeable errors, stock levels may be inaccurate.
Placing Your Order
Login to your account and browse through our website, adding to your shopping cart the product(s) you wish to purchase. You may also utilize guest checkout. Groovy Computers reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors.
Order Processing
Please note that financial institutions take up to 1 business day to process your transaction. It will take 1-2 business days to confirm your payment and shipping information. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 2 business days if all items are in stock.

Q: What if one of the items I had ordered online is now on backorder/unavailable?
A: If 1 or more items are on backorder after an online purchase has been processed, the customer will be contacted to either change or void their order.

- Yes. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Diners Club, Discover payments online. However, there is a Cash/ E-Transfer Discount Available
- How do I track my order?
- You may track your order on our website under Your Orders or Manage Order, in addition, we will email to you the tracking number information.
- I cannot make a payment through any of the banks you have listed. What are my options?
- You may select E-Transfer and Pay through that method, there is a Discount if done Offsite

Q: Why should I try Groovy Computers Pickup?
A: Order online and save on shipping with order pickup at your local store.
- What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
- Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID in addition to the email with your order number present for order verification.
- Can someone else pick up my order for me?
- Not at this time. Unless its Cash or E-transfer, or Credit/Debit (inserted with Pin [To Avoid Fraud])
Payment
For delivery and store pickup orders made online, payment options are credit card or Interac during checkout. Once your order has been made, the item will be reserved for you. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Credit Cards
For all credit card orders, your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. Groovy Computers reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this notice. If you would like to ship to an alternative address, you may register the alternate address with your issuing bank, which we can then verify during our normal verification process. When paying by credit card, you will be taken to a secure site to complete the transaction. At no time will Groovy Computers take your credit card information on our site or store it on our servers. Or We Will Ask for ID or Provide A Payment Link for you to pay as long as we have Credit/Debit Card Fraud Protection we will Fulfill the Order
Shipping
We ship within Canada & USA only. Restrictions to certain regions of the country may apply. Flat rate shipping from $49.99-59.99 is available on select orders, when eligible this will be shown on the shopping cart during checkout.
Damaged Box & Shipping Discrepancies
Our customers must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Damaged in transit and shipping discrepancies must be reported to Groovy Computers within 24hrs. We ask our customers to take photos of the shipping box and contents and to retain the shipping box or packaging for review.
If the shipping discrepancy is reported after 24hrs, we reserve the right to not be held responsible as ownership and liability ends when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. We will however do our best to assist you and may conduct an investigation on your shipment with the carriers.

1. Packaging Instructions: Customers are advised to pack the returned unit securely with materials like air bags, foam, or crumpled paper to prevent any movement inside the package.
2. Damage During Shipping: If a unit is received damaged due to inadequate packaging, Groovy Computers reserves the right to void the warranty. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the costs of two-way shipping and any parts that need replacement.
3.Manufacturer's Role: If the manufacturer agrees to replace the damaged parts, Groovy Computers will proceed with the replacement for the customer.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped with standard service. Groovy Computers reserves the right to select a comparable courier of its choice. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the couriers. Usually, UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post, differentiates from Region to Region
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, the tracking number will be available on the website under Your Orders or Manager Order. In addition, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

However, we cannot warrant or guarantee against any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on its website or flyers nor does it offer compensation or accept liability for any consequences arising thereof.
