You may create a Groovy Computers account to make online shopping, order tracking, and order management easier. To register, visit the Create Account page and enter the required information carefully.
Once your account has been created, a confirmation email may be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before completing your registration or placing an order.
Guest checkout may also be available for eligible purchases. Customers using guest checkout must still provide complete and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.
Online inventory generally reflects local and available supplier stock; however, inventory levels can change quickly due to limited quantities, supplier updates, simultaneous sales, discontinued products, transfers, or technical errors.
If an item ordered is not currently available at our warehouse, additional time may be required to bring in new stock or transfer inventory from another location. Items that are unavailable across our available inventory channels may need to be ordered directly from a supplier.
Stock displayed online is not guaranteed until your order has been reviewed, approved, and confirmed by Groovy Computers. We reserve the right to cancel, adjust, substitute, or contact you regarding an order affected by availability issues.
To place an order, sign in to your account or use guest checkout, browse the website, add the desired products to your cart, and complete checkout using an accepted payment method.
Order confirmations and automated emails acknowledge that your order has been received. They do not guarantee stock availability, pricing, acceptance, shipment, or final approval of the order.
Groovy Computers reserves the right to cancel, reject, limit, or request changes to an order due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, product information errors, payment verification concerns, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business requirements.
Payment processing time varies depending on the method used. Financial institutions may take up to one business day to process an initial transaction, while payment and shipping information may require an additional one to two business days for review and verification.
Once payment, billing information, shipping information, and stock availability have been confirmed, eligible in-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment within approximately two business days.
Custom-built PCs, special-order items, financing purchases, high-value orders, fraud-prevention reviews, parts transfers, and backordered products may require additional processing time.
Online payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Interac, and other payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on the order, location, product, and checkout settings.
A cash or e-transfer discount may be available for eligible orders. Please contact Groovy Computers before payment if you would like to use an offsite e-transfer, cash pickup, or another approved payment arrangement.
For credit-card purchases, the billing information provided must match the information held by the card issuer. Groovy Computers may request additional verification, government-issued identification, proof of address, payment confirmation, or an alternate secure payment link before accepting or shipping an order.
Groovy Computers reserves the right to cancel any order that does not pass our payment verification, fraud-prevention, billing-address, or identity verification process.
Groovy Computers does not store your complete credit-card information on its own servers. Card transactions are completed through secure payment processors and approved payment platforms.
What happens if an item becomes backordered or unavailable after I order?
If one or more items in your order become unavailable, backordered, or delayed after processing begins, Groovy Computers will contact you with available options. These may include waiting for stock, changing the item, choosing a comparable alternative, receiving a partial refund where applicable, or cancelling the affected order.
Do you accept online credit-card payments?
Yes. Eligible online orders may be paid using the payment methods shown during checkout, including major credit cards. A cash or e-transfer discount may be available for qualifying orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers with an account may also be able to view tracking under Your Orders or Manage Order.
What if I cannot pay through the listed bank options?
Contact Groovy Computers before placing your order. E-transfer or another approved payment option may be available, and eligible offsite payments may qualify for a discount.
Why choose Groovy Computers pickup?
Store pickup lets you order online and avoid shipping charges where pickup is available. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Please bring valid government-issued photo identification and your order confirmation email or order number for verification.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Third-party pickup is generally not available for prepaid credit-card or debit-card orders due to fraud-prevention requirements. Pickup by another person may be considered only for eligible cash, e-transfer, or approved payment arrangements, subject to identity and payment verification.
Groovy Computers ships within Canada and the United States only. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain regions, remote locations, postal codes, oversized products, high-value orders, batteries, or products subject to courier limitations.
Flat-rate shipping from approximately $49.99 to $59.99 may be available on select eligible orders. When available, the applicable shipping option will be shown in the cart or during checkout.
Orders are generally shipped using standard service. Groovy Computers reserves the right to select an appropriate comparable courier based on destination, order value, product size, insurance requirements, delivery location, and service availability.
Depending on the destination, orders may ship through UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, or another suitable carrier. Courier selection may vary by region and is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Customers must inspect all packages for signs of tampering, visible damage, missing items, opened seals, crushed corners, punctures, or other shipping concerns before accepting delivery whenever possible.
Any shipping damage, missing item, incorrect item, or delivery discrepancy must be reported to Groovy Computers within 24 hours of the carrier marking the shipment as delivered. Please provide clear photos of the outer shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, protective materials, and affected product where applicable.
Customers must retain the original shipping box, packaging materials, inserts, protective foam, air bags, and all included contents until the matter has been reviewed. These materials may be required for a courier claim, shipping investigation, warranty assessment, or damage inspection.
Reports made after 24 hours may limit Groovy Computers’ ability to pursue a courier claim or investigate a delivery issue. Where permitted by applicable law, Groovy Computers reserves the right to decline responsibility for shipping discrepancies reported outside this period. We will still make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.
For approved defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) returns, customers must securely package the returned product to prevent movement or damage during transit. Use the original box and internal packaging whenever possible.
If the original materials are unavailable, use appropriate protective materials such as foam, air bags, bubble wrap, dense packing paper, or other suitable cushioning. The product must be protected on all sides and must not move freely inside the shipping box.
If a returned unit is received with damage caused by inadequate packaging, Groovy Computers reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for the shipping-related damage. The customer may be responsible for two-way shipping costs, diagnostic costs, and replacement costs for any damaged components.
Where a manufacturer agrees to replace an affected component under its warranty, Groovy Computers may assist with the replacement process for the customer, subject to the manufacturer’s approval, available stock, and warranty procedures.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers with a Groovy Computers account may also be able to access tracking under Your Orders or Manage Order.
Tracking updates are provided by the selected carrier. Delivery estimates, scans, route changes, delays, and delivery confirmations are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.
Groovy Computers makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on its website, product pages, flyers, advertisements, listings, pricing, images, and specifications is current and accurate. However, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, supplier changes, typographical mistakes, and technical issues may occur.
Groovy Computers does not guarantee that website content is completely error-free and is not responsible for consequences arising from unintentional errors or inaccuracies, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to correct, update, remove, or change product information, pricing, photographs, specifications, availability, and other content at any time without prior notice.
Groovy Computers may reject, cancel, or terminate an order affected by an error, incorrect price, inaccurate specification, supplier issue, stock problem, or other material issue, including orders that may have already been confirmed or paid for. Where payment has been collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
