- Compatible with Intel LGA1700 motherboards only . It is not compatible with AMD motherboards or older Intel socket platforms.
- This is a KF-series processor and has no integrated graphics . A dedicated graphics card is required for video output.
- Compatible motherboard chipsets include Z690, B660, H670, H610, Z790, B760, H770, and H710 models with 12th Gen Intel CPU support.
- This processor supports either DDR4 or DDR5 memory, but the memory type depends entirely on the motherboard. DDR4 and DDR5 are not interchangeable.
- A CPU cooler is not included . A quality tower air cooler or liquid cooler is strongly recommended.
- Overclocking requires a compatible Z-series motherboard, capable cooling, and a quality power supply.
